· Direct-pressure clamping directly by Hydraulic Cylinder to extend the service expectance of the Die.
· Fast pressure-picking for the clamping of two-platen machine to build up the clamping force by clamping half of the screw.
· Shortened high-pressure clamping stroke to quickly build up the clamping force.
· Extended service expectancy of the Hydraulic Cylinder oil seal, which is wear resistant due to shortened pressure buildup stroke.
· Accurate clamping force control, which can be selected according to the Die compression and molding.
· Optional pressure boosting/reducing and Die unclamp functions are available for clamping pressure during the injection stage.
· The two-platen machine is equipped with feedback pressure flow control to optimize higher injection speed and pressure.
· Fully-automatically Die adjusting to save mold changing time with our feature granted by Intellectual Property Office.
· Optional High-speed Proportional Valve is available for achieving more precise alignment for Die opening.
· Optional Retractable Tie Bar of two-platen machine can be selected for working with mold lifting and fixing by special function.
