Two-Platen Machine

The two-platen machine is equipped with the accurate clamping force control, which can be selected according to the Die compression and molding. The optional pressure boosting/reducing and Die unclamp functions are available for clamping pressure during the injection stage. It is equipped with feedback pressure flow control to optimize higher injection speed and pressure.

Extremely low temperature rise of Hydraulic Oil while reducing the circulation hydraulic oil. In this way, the two-platen machine saves costs when refueling and replenishing the oil for your new vehicle and extends the service expectancy of Hydraulic Oil. Due to the reduced temperature rise of Hydraulic Oil, it requires very little cooling water to bring down the temperature of the Hydraulic Oil.
· High Precision:
Low inertia permanent magnet synchronous servo motor offers faster reaction speed (50ms~75ms). The two-platen machine is suitable for high injection speed product while ensuring stabilized performance.
